According to the report, Elon Musk has fired about 50 managers in this way and has promoted the best employees to the post of manager. This step has been taken by Elon Musk so that the expenditure on the salary of the managers can be reduced. By the way, all the managers who were currently working in Twitter were kept on less salary than before.
