Recently, ‘Ponniyin Selvan: I’ actor Jayam Ravi showered love on ‘Vikram Vedha’, which is a remake of a Tamil thriller, also helmed by Pushkar and Gayatri. On the other hand, Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan: I’ has minted Rs 150 crore worldwide. Based on a book by the same name, this period drama features Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Sobhita Dhulipala among others.
